Indang is one of the towns of the province of Cavite which is now known as the coffee capital of the Philippines together with 8 coffee-producing towns. And that is where this little gem is located.

This wasn't where we initially planned to go for my cousin's wedding anniversary but when we spotted this place on Facebook, we just knew we had to go here.

We started our trip pretty early so that we would get our money’s worth so we left at exactly 5 am and arrived there at 7 am. Take note that I live in Muntinlupa City so my location is closer to Cavite than those who live far up north in Manila.

When we got there, I was skeptical at first because the entrance wasn't as aesthetically pleasing as the inside of the resort. But you know what they say: 'Never judge a book by its cover'.

As we are still in the middle of the pandemic, people below 18 years old and above 65 years old were not allowed in the resort - NO EXCEPTIONS. They were very strict about it. You can try and grovel and beg them to let your kids in but they won't. You'll just end up wasting your reservation.

The entrance fee was Php 150 per head for daytime swimming while it was Php 210 for night swimming. We rented a cottage good for 15 people for Php 1500. You can stay there overnight but I don't know the prices. You can search it on their FB Page though, The day swimming rates are good from 7 am up to 5 pm.

Upon entering the resort, we were immediately shown to our cottage. The cottage was okay but I wished they would've swept away the leaves beforehand. Like every other family outing, we bought our own 'baon' because honestly, outside foods are overpriced and most of the time they're not even worth the price. I apologize for the lack of pictures at this point but I'm the type of person who just enjoys the moment rather than taking a lot of pics. But bear with me as I have managed to capture some of the picturesque view and the resort's amenities.

After settling in our cottage, my cousins and I took a stroll around the resort to take in the magnificent view that we had.

After satisfying my older cousin's need for photos, I couldn't wait to get in the water. As a self-proclaimed mermaid, being in the water is one of the best feelings for me and I just love it. Plus, I couldn't wait to try their infinity pool with an outstanding view of the forest.

Credits to my cousin for taking this shot and not dropping my phone in the water lol. Please excuse the sun glare. The sun was really high up during this time.

Their infinity pool consists of three levels. The first level was a kiddie pool. The second one was about 5.5 ft deep while the third one was about 7 ft deep. Their infinity pool was amazing. The water was clear and blue and was newly cleaned.

As much as I loved their infinity pool, I was even more eager to dive into the river that had a mini waterfall.

The river might look dirty in this pic due to the fallen leaves but I assure you it's not. What's great about swimming here is that it's flowing so it's like self-cleaning. The water felt amazing and I could just swim in here FOREVER. But obviously, I can't because I tire easily. LOL. The water was VERY deep so I had to constantly stay afloat which was very tiring. I don't even know how deep it was since I couldn't reach the bottom. As you can see in the picture, there is a slide and a rope tied to a tree. I tried the slide and it was awesome. I don't know why but there really is something different about sliding into a river compared to sliding into a swimming pool. I didn't try the rope swing though 'cause I literally have no strength in my muscles to keep me up on that rope. LOL.

(Note: Not all parts of the river are deep. There are some shallow parts. But the parts shown in the picture are the deep ones.)

Alam kong nakukulangan kayo sa pics pero I think this video will make up for it. Please enjoy a short travel teaser below.

Never take mother nature for granted. Don’t wait until something is gone for you to realize how important they were in the first place.

Love,

Anne D. ❤
